    Helped grow PC World into the largest media brand dedicated to personal technology, with a combined readership of more than 5 million, a major web presence, and 65 international editions. Commissioned, directed, and implemented six bottom-up redesigns for both PC World.com and PC World magazine, with a focus on bi-directional content flow between print and web. Produced a full spectrum of daily visual content for all sections of PC World.com, including custom graphics, product galleries, and video segments. Produced new site templates and modules, special issues, PDF guides, marketing materials, and identity systems. Developed a nationally recognized licensing model for digital content distribution. Designed and implemented an XML-based publishing system built on K4 and the Adobe Creative Suite. Re-engineered in-house digital photography and digital proofing workflows for high-volume daily publishing requirements.

    Director-level member of the editorial management and product development teams at PC World Communications. Responsible for creative direction and content packaging across all of PC World's product lines and channels (including PC World.com, PC World Magazine, co-brands, joint-publishing ventures, and syndication partners like Yahoo, MSN and AOL). Duties included budgets, contracts, licensing, content management and DRM. Worked closely with BizDev and AppDev teams to forge content partnerships and extend existing relationships. Built and mentored a cross-disciplinary design team. Managed a fulltime staff of eight, plus independent contractors and outside vendors.
